Spell-out your workout!

That’s exactly what we are going to do this month. Use this to spell out your workout! Take your first name, last name, kids name, pets name, anything you want and do the exercise listed for each letter. It’s tough but FUN! If you are really up for a challenge you could do your first AND last name. Best of all, you can do this anywhere and no equipment is needed!

M- 5 TUCK JUMPS

O- 15 AIR JACKS

N- 10 LATERAL JUMPS

D- 20 SQUATS

A- 5 BURPEES

Y- 5 MOVING PLANKS
